For constant support to our customers and advance in medical research in terms of drug discovery and delivery, we have also developed two types of murine animal models:
- Scid /mdx mouse: transgenic mouse model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy;
- Scid/BlAJ mouse: transgenic mouse model of dysferlinopathies.
All animal models are guaranteed though necessary certification requirements and gene expression mapping.
Scid/mdx mouse
This transgenic line has been developed by Dr. Yvan Torrente (Stem Cell Laboratory, Department of Pathophysiology and Transplantation, Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy) at Charles River Laboratories International s.r.l. (Calco, Italy), where mice undergo sanitary monitoring.
Tested by International laboratories.
